The product under review is ironing boards, whether or not free-standing, with or without a steam soaking and/or heating top and/or blowing top, including sleeve boards, and essential parts thereof, i.e. the legs, the top and the iron rest originating in the People’s Republic of China (the product concerned), currently classifiable within CN codes ex39249090, ex44219098, ex73239390, ex73239991, ex73239999, ex85167970 and ex85169000.
6. A provisional anti-dumping duty is hereby imposed on imports of ironing boards, whether or not free-standing, with or without a steam soaking and/or heating top and/or blowing top, including sleeve boards, and essential parts thereof, i.e. the legs, the top and the iron rest originating in the People's Republic of China and Ukraine, falling within CN codes ex39249090, ex44219098, ex73239390, ex73239991, ex73239999, ex85167970 and ex85169000 (TARIC codes 3924909010, 4421909810, 7323939010, 7323999110, 7323999910, 8516797010 and 8516900051).
7. A definitive anti-dumping duty is hereby re-imposed on imports of ironing boards, whether or not free-standing, with or without a steam soaking and/or heating top and/or blowing top, including sleeve boards, and essential parts thereof, i.e. the legs, the top and the iron rest originating in the People’s Republic of China, currently falling within CN codes ex39249000, ex44219098, ex73239390, ex73239991, ex73239999, ex85167970 and ex85169000 (TARIC codes 3924900010, 4421909810, 7323939010, 7323999110, 7323999910, 8516797010 and 8516900051) and manufactured by Foshan Shunde Yongjian Housewares and Hardware Co. Ltd, Foshan (TARIC additional code A785).
8. A review of Regulation (EC) No 452/2007 is hereby initiated pursuant to Article 11(4) of Regulation (EC) No 384/96 in order to determine if and to what extent the imports of ironing boards, whether or not free-standing, with or without a steam soaking and/or heating top and/or blowing top, including sleeve boards, and essential parts thereof, i.e. the legs, the top and the iron rest, falling within CN codes ex39249090, ex44219098, ex73239390, ex73239991, ex73239999, ex85167970 and ex85169000 (TARIC codes 3924909010, 4421909810, 7323939010, 7323999110, 7323999910, 8516797010 and 8516900051), originating in the People’s Republic of China, produced and sold for export to the Community by Greenwood Houseware (Zuhai) Ltd (TARIC additional code A953) should be subject to the antidumping duty imposed by Regulation (EC) No 452/2007.
